Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how XDraft collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our manual-first X content planner. XDraft is built to help you plan posts, manage series, and publish manually on X.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, and encrypted password when you register. We also store the content you create in XDraft, including series, post items, dates, statuses, and optional uploaded images.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide core app functionality: account access, content planning, calendar scheduling, post organization, and manual publish workflows (copy and image download actions).

3. No Automatic Posting to X

XDraft does not post to X/Twitter on your behalf and does not use X/Twitter API publishing for the current product workflow. Publishing is manual and controlled by you.

4. Data Ownership and Access

Your workspace data remains associated with your account. We implement user-level access controls so users cannot access other users' series, items, or protected file downloads.

5. Image Uploads

If you upload images, they are stored to support your drafts and publish workflow. Files are validated and saved under user-scoped paths to reduce unauthorized access risk.

6. Sharing and Selling Data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data when needed to run infrastructure and services required for app operations or when required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and content data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously aim to reduce risk and protect user information.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as XDraft evolves. Material updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date on this page.
